I offer various packages of online running coaching that suit different needs.
The Basic package, Comprehensive package and Event Training Plans.


The Basic Package £39.00 PM.

This is for runners who are looking for ongoing coaching without S&C and nutrition advice. This package is charged as a monthly subscription. There is a minimum commitment of three months at start up.
The package includes:

  • Initial consultation and goal setting meeting.
  • TrainingPeaks Basic account.
  • Ongoing training plan delivered through the TrainingPeaks app.
  • Regular Check-ins.
  • Contact via WhatsApp and email. 9-5
  • Unlimited programme updates as required.
  • Discounts on guided runs, hikes, challenges, nav courses. Retreats.
  • Access to the OPC community for social runs and meets.
  • Race day support (In person where possible)
  • Free Outdoor Performance Coaching technical T-shirt after 3 months.

The Comprehensive Package £59.00 PM.

This package is for runners who want S&C, Nutrition advice and Mindset coaching.This package is charged as a monthly subscription. There is a minimum commitment of three months at start up.

The package includes:

• Initial consultation, Fact finding/goal setting.

  •  TrainingPeaks basic account.
  •  Ongoing training plan delivered through the TrainingPeaks app.
  •  Strength and conditioning workouts.
  •  Nutrition coaching.
  •  Mindset and mental toughness coaching.
  •  Regular check-ins.
  •  24/7 contact via WhatsApp and email.
  •  Unlimited updates to training plan.
  •  Discounts on OPC Guiding events.
  •  Access to OPC community for social runs and meets.
  •  Race day support (in person where possible)
  • Free OPC technical T-shirt (after three months)

Event Training Plan £35.00 One-off payment.

This package is for runners who might be training for an upcoming event or challenge and need a one-off training programme.
These packages do not include any plan updates.The package includes:

  • Initial consultation to establish end goal.
  • TrainingPeaks Basic account.
  • 12 week self guided training programme.
  • Half way check-in.
    Access to the OPC community for social runs and meets.
  • Post event check-in/ Feedback session
